Payments

The Fund ensures that payments to eligible beneficiaries are made no later than 30 days after the decision becomes final.

The beneficiary has the right to appeal the decision. The deadline for submitting an appeal is 15 days from the date of receipt of the decision.

Appeals are decided by the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, Štrukljeva cesta 44, Ljubljana. The Ministry must decide on the appeal within two months from the date it was submitted.

The appeal should be addressed to the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities, but must be sent to the Public Scholarship, Development, Disability and Maintenance Fund of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 20, Ljubljana.
In accordance with the General Administrative Procedure Act, the appeal may also be submitted orally for the record at the Fund’s office.

Disputes against the Ministry’s decisions are resolved by the competent labour and social court.
