For Study Visits of Pupils and Students Abroad
A scholarship for a study visit abroad is awarded to pupils in secondary school education programs or students in higher vocational education programs or in higher education programs at the 1st or 2nd Bologna cycle for a study visit abroad.
Applicant
A secondary school pupil or a student of the first or second Bologna cycle.
Scholarship Amount
A weekly scholarship for living expenses and the possibility of granting an additional travel allowance in the amount determined by the public call.
Duration of Scholarship
At least 2 weeks for pupils and 3 weeks for students, up to a total of 25 weeks.
Obligations
- The study visit must be recognized or accredited by the educational institution in Slovenia where the applicant is enrolled as part of the obligations of the study program at that institution; the obligations of the study visit may be recognized as partially or fully completed obligations for a specific course, in the form of study credits, or in another comparable way.
- The scholarship holder must submit a report and evidence of participation in the study visit or of the use of funds after completing the study visit.
The scholarship amount, minimum duration of the study visit, and other conditions and criteria are specified in the public call, which also defines the application deadline and the documentation to be submitted by the applicant.
