The subject of this call for applications are scholarships for citizens of Republic of Kosovo for pursuing postgraduate master's and doctoral studies in natural sciences, technology or medicine at higher education level institutions in the Republic of Slovenia.

Scholarship is awarded for living costs and tuition.

The applications can be submitted from the date this call was published until all funds have been awarded.

The amount awailable under this call for applications is 151.800,00 EUR. The funds are provided in full by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia.

The Call No. 73 has been published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia No. 53/2009. Unofficial translation to English is also available under documentation section. The Call No. 73 was also amended to expand this opportunity from PhD to also master level students.

To enable easy application, all forms are bilingual (Slovene and English) and can be filled out using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Candidates living outside Slovenia during application process must give power of attorney to a person living in Slovenia using the prepared form, which has to be signed by both the candidate and the representative.

This call is regulated by Rules on general conditions governing the activities of the Slovene Human Resources Development and Scholarship Fund (Official Gazette no. 33/08, 73/08 - available only in Slovene language).
